LIVING Main level: Walk upstairs from the front entry to unwind in our window filled and aesthetically decorated open living space! Curl up on the comfy sofa or armchairs and enjoy the breeze drifting through the screened porch. Catch up on your favorite movie or show on the 55” frame TV with access to all major streaming services, and keep warm on a chillier day by turning on the cozy fireplace. Gather round to play board games on the coffee table and let kids play with toys and read books they can find tucked away in the cabinet nearby. BEDROOMS Upstairs: Bedroom # 1- Primary King size bed with full ensuite and private porch Bedroom # 2- King size bed with adjoining bathroom Bedroom # 3- Queen size bed with adjoining bathroom Downstairs: Bedroom # 4- Two queen over queen bunk beds with ensuite bathroom Additional sleeping spaces 1- pull out sofa bed on main level, 1- Pac n Play for infants BATHROOMS Upstairs: 1- The Primary Bathroom is a spa-like sanctuary with freestanding tub, glass-enclosed double-headed shower with rainfall and handheld options. Pristine white double vanity with a magnified makeup mirror and separate toilet room for ultimate privacy. 2- The bright Jack and Jill style bathroom that adjoins the second King & Queen sized bedrooms has a full sized shower and bathtub. The separated sink vanities allow more than one at a time to easily prepare for the day or night. Main Level: ½ - This half bath is nothing to be shushed about. With a chandelier overhead, you’ll still feel a part of the luxury in this set aside toilet and sink room. Downstairs: 3- Ensuite to the bunk room is a bathroom boasting a glass enclosed full size shower and single vanity with drawers. KITCHEN & DINING Main level: -Fully equipped with a Thermador Appliance package [extra wide fridge and freezer, 4 burner stove with griddle and convection oven, dishwasher, and drawer microwave] you’ll find yourself feeling like a top tier chef while cooking your meals in this kitchen -Fully stocked with dishes, glassware and utensils for 14 -Set of 4 children’s utensils, bowls, cups (and lids) and plates -All useful utensils, cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, knife set, mixing bowls, and even tupperware and reusable bags -Stainless steel pots and pans -Additional appliances include Espresso Coffee Maker, Air Fryer Oven and Toaster, Crockpot, InstantPot, Blender and drip coffee maker -Large rectangular dining table fits 10, with an additional 4 seats at the counter height island and 1 highchair available for small children GARAGE LOUNGE Downstairs: -Sectional comfortable for 8 -Soft turf rug under seating -3 speed oscillating Turbo fan -85” TV ready for gaming connection, bring your own game system -Foosball table -Basketball hoop game -Four adult sized bicycles with baskets and locks

We hope while you stay in our home, that you'll treat it how you would treat any close friend's home, like your own, with the utmost care and pride. +Respect neighborhood quiet hours 10pm-6am, clean up personal items in the yard or driveway (please do not hang towels on the front porch to dry), and no smoking inside or outside our premises. +We have to have a strict NO PET policy due to the commonality of allergies and asthma within our clientele, and our own family. We understand traveling with your furry best friend can be fun and convenient, but we must firmly require that no animal *with the exception of a service animal for those with disabilities, be present inside or outside our home during your stay. If this rule is broken, you will be fined a fee of $500 and unfortunately dismissed from our property. +Please do not use sidewalk chalk on our driveway pavers. It is not easy to remove, and causes additional work for our cleaner. Feel free to allow your kids to play with chalk reasonably on the concrete of the cul de sac road in front of the driveway, while you are watching them for their safety.

When you choose to stay at Harbor Heights, you will be taken care of. You'll sleep well at night after a day full of activities at the nearby sights, beaches and historic town centers. Come back to a comfortable home and enjoy quiet mornings spent admiring views of the tall pines from the porch, or laughter filled evenings spent gathered around the dining table or in the game filled garage lounge.
