The pristine white double vanity with an added magnified makeup mirror, ensures a smooth morning routine, while the separate toilet room offers ultimate privacy. The bright Jack and Jill style bathroom that adjoins the King & Queen sized bedrooms has ample space for you and your family to clean up and prepare for the day or night ahead. A full sized shower and bathtub come in handy when cleaning up little ones after a play day in the sand. The separated vanities allow more than one at a time to easily prepare for the day or night. Half bath is a gorgeous little moment with a chandelier overhead, toilet and sink to refresh in. Ensuite to the bunk room is an upscale bathroom boasting a glass enclosed full-size shower, and generous sized vanity. A walk-in closet behind a pocket door adjoins the bathroom. We DO NOT permit the following at any time: Smoking or vaping of any kind Fireworks Pets--No pets of any kind are permitted in "Harbor Heights" at Santa Rosa Beach on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations may also result in immediate eviction. Please note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the house entrance. They are activated 24/7 and record video and sound. !!Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30!! We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds. In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, our neighborhood pool may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availability of the pool. We highly recommend travel insurance.

+Strict & Fine attached - NO smoking, vaping or use of illegal substances in our home. This includes the entire interior of our home, the balconies attached to the house and the porch leading up to the front door. If we or our cleaner find evidence, you will be fined $500 for breaking this rule/law and an additional $500 cleaning fee to remove the residue and smell. +Strict & Fine attached - NO PETS. We understand traveling with your furry best friend can be fun and convenient, but we must firmly require that no animal be present inside or outside our home during your stay. If this rule is broken, you will be fined a fee of $500 and unfortunately dismissed from our property.
